Return & Refund Policy

At Shukra , we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an eligible return.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The wrong product has been delivered.

The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and with its original tags, accessories, and packaging. Customers may also be required to provide their order number or other proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Please provide the following details:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• A clear and unedited unboxing video (mandatory)

Please do not return any product without first receiving approval and return instructions from Shukra . Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible and within the applicable return period.

To initiate a return or refund, customers must submit a complete, clear, and unedited unboxing video showing the original package being opened and the reported product issue.

Requests without a valid unboxing video may be rejected under our standard return policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

After reviewing the submitted information, we will inform you whether your return, replacement, exchange, or refund request has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for reasons including:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Product no longer required
• Incorrect selection made by the customer
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or mishandled after delivery
• Custom or personalised products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance products, unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect

This does not affect any rights that may be available to customers under applicable law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to verification and product availability.

A clear and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests under our standard policy.

If an exchange is approved but the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer an appropriate alternative or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Once an approved returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days.

After the refund is initiated, your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider may require additional time to process and reflect the amount in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where applicable, approved refunds may require customers to provide appropriate bank or payment details for processing.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at shukra5151@gmail.com .

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Eligible issues after delivery will be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the applicable return instructions and return address.

Customers should not send products to any address without receiving return approval and instructions from us.

Where a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product, applicable return shipping arrangements will be communicated by our team.
